Rigorous client follow-up and attentive after-sales service
Your orders are delivered to your home by independent couriers. The furniture that is entrusted to them is checked before leaving our depot, individually wrapped and packed in reinforced cardboard packaging. Don't forget to check the complete contents of the parcel when you receive our parcel.
The courier is bound to stay with you during this verification and you must note any anomalies noticed on the delivery note so that the courier's insurance can be utilised if there are any problems.
If the courier cannot stay for unpacking, you must indicate on the delivery note "subject to control, the courier could not stay for unpacking."
This is necessary so that we can provide you with a proper after-sales service in case of problems.
In the event that a defect on an item of furniture has escaped our vigilant checks, our after-sales service will act as quickly as possible to exchange the product for you. Don't hesitate to contact us.
If you are disappointed by our products when you receive them, you have a cooling-off period of 14 days. Feel free to contact us and read our terms and conditions of sale on our site.
You can follow your delivery to France, Belgium or Switzerland, here, and your delivery to Germany, here. You need to use the tracking number which has been sent to you by e-mail.

Deliveries to Switzerland are carried out under the Incoterm DDP, i.e. the goods will be delivered duty paid. Taxes and COD fees must be paid by customers. Please note: COD fees can be avoided if you accept to pay via bank transfer. Specify your wish to pay via bank transfer when you are called by the carrier company to make a delivery appointment.

It is unfortunately not possible to deliver on the French overseas territories and the Spanish islands ( Balearics, Canary Islands...).
NB: We remind all our customers that we can charge additional fees in the following cases:
- If the client does not show up or is not at home then an appointment has been fixed in advance with the carrier.
- If the customer requests a change of address while the goods have been shipped.
- If the client does not answer for several consecutive days to make an appointment. Indeed, either the goods will be directly returned by the carrier, or it will have to be stored for an additional fee.
- If the customer requests a delayed delivery while the goods have been shipped.
- If the customer requests an express delivery, or outside the usual hours proposed by the carriers (the agencies with which we work deliver for a large majority of Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17h).
These costs will of course be defined by the carrier itself and will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
